Bookkeeping

We offer this service on a weekly/monthly or quarterly basis either in-house or at the client's premises using their own system.

Company formations and Company secretarial services
We provide a comprehensive company formation package and offer full support in connection with compliance with Companies Act requirements including filing of annual returns and maintenance of statutory books including preparation of all necessary minutes and resolutions. If required, we can also provide your company with a registered office address.
